Soulful Healing

This is a 1:1 session where we discuss what is coming up for you and then you receive energy healing tailored to your energy needs. We can work on specific themes and intentions or simply nourish the mind, body and soul. I use Reiki energy along with Himalayan singing bowls and magical tuning forks for Sound Therapy in this session.

After the energy work we will discuss what has come up and next steps. The day after the session it send a check in email to see how you are after the session.
