Included in the membership are 2 monthly Live Calls via Zoom. These are virtual circles that include meditation, tapping and energy update all while receiving beautiful Reiki energy. This is a gorgeous chance to connect with supportive community and give yourself some time to deeply reconnect with all that you are.
Care
Each month I will share a Healing Ritual as a tool for you to help you navigate the energies at play. Once you join, you will also have access to the already growing library of recorded meditations, including the guided Deep Sleep meditation and Body Reset meditation.
